WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive for a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager role in Bolton. You will be the main contact for customers, support branch operations, and drive sales through appraisals, negotiations, and customer service excellence.

You will work 25.5 hours weekly on a rotational shift with weekend work. A UK manual license and a track record in target-driven environments are essential, with opportunities for progression and benefits.

About The Role

Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £16,920 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
