WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring for a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager. The role is 25.5 hours per week on a rotating 3-on/2-off pattern, with weekend work and a salary of £16,920 per year.

Bonuses are fantastic monthly and annual, with extra benefits including gym membership, company events, and pension. You will lead branch sales, appraise cars, negotiate, and deliver great customer service.

Mansioni

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and manage your diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Conduct appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to ensure efficient workflows.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary:£16,920 per year

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours:You will work 25.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 3 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
