Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager in the UK. The role involves managing branch operations, driving sales, appraisals, price negotiations, and ensuring top-tier customer service while meeting targets.

You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a 5-on/2-off rotational pattern, including weekends. A full UK driving licence is required, with strong communication, IT skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing, multi-branch environment.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell cars and ensure efficient branch operations; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues across the business.
• When not buying cars, assist the transport department as required.

About The Role

Job:Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements:
