Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant at Bournemouth Branch. This 35-hour-per-week role operates on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and help with banking transactions and technology, providing a multi-skilled service in a friendly branch environment.

You’ll be flexible, cross-skilled and able to adapt to varied tasks, embracing innovation and collaboration as you contribute to an evolving customer-centric mission.

Qualifications

• Experience listening to and understanding customer needs.
• Ability to present options across banking products with a digital-first focus.
• Experience handling customer calls in a contact centre setting.
