Santander UK is recruiting a Customer Experience Consultant at Bournemouth, 35 hours/week, rotating shifts from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll listen to customers, present digital-first options and support everyday needs in-branch and by phone.

You’ll build relationships, assist with day-to-day banking and stay flexible to busy branch demands. Role includes a strong focus on delivering simple, helpful service and protecting customers from fraud, with training and opportunities to grow
