New Balance in Greater London is seeking friendly retail associates to engage, educate and entertain customers from the moment they walk through the door. You will become a true brand ambassador, delivering the end-to-end customer journey and contributing to overall store performance.

The role requires a team player with strong customer service, a passion for retail and sales, and the ability to handle basic maths and POS processes.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties that are required from the management team
