Job summary

New Balance in Leeds is seeking enthusiastic retail associates to engage, excite and educate customers from entry to checkout. You will represent the brand and deliver outstanding service while helping shoppers find the right products and maintain store standards.

The role values teamwork, flexible weekend work, and a genuine love for retail. You’ll contribute to achieving personal KPIs, follow company policies, and enjoy staff discounts plus development opportunities across Europe.
