Job description

Retail Assistant – Part Time

Location: Mitre Retail Park, Wolverhampton.

Hours: 16 hours across 4 days per week (minimum 16 hours over 4 days from 7 each week, including weekends). Pay: £10.10 – £12.31 per hour (depending on age: 16‑20: £10.10, 21+: £12.31).

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Give fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack, and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.
