Job summary

Superdrug in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate who will travel between stores in the area to support where you’re needed most and develop your leadership capabilities.

In this role you’ll recruit and motivate a team, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and maintain excellent customer service while managing stock and store operations. A path to a permanent store role is the goal.

Location

12 St Stephens Street, Norwich, Norfolk NR1 3SA

Designate Role – willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.

Hours per Week

39 hours

Shift pattern

Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.

Salary

Up to £33,000per annum

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager Designate, you’ll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you’re needed most. You won’t be on the move forever though—this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career.

About you

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
