Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Broadstairs to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and driving sales through promotions and excellent merchandising.

You'll recruit, inspire and motivate staff, ensure operational excellence with audits, budgets and stock control, and create a fun environment for customers and colleagues while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience (1+ years).
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with ability to hit targets.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.

• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
