Job summary

Superdrug Stores is looking for a Store Manager Designate to lead teams across stores within your area. You will travel between locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence while developing your career towards a permanent base store.

With 39-hour weeks, a competitive salary up to £38,000, and bonus opportunities, you’ll build strong teams, run promotions, and manage stock and audits. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, optional).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Hours per Week:39 hours
Shift pattern:Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.

• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
