Superdrug Stores in Swansea is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate who will travel between local stores to support teams and develop leadership skills. This role is a stepping stone to a permanent store management position, offering exposure to operations, people management and sales.

Day‑to‑day you will work with the store manager to recruit and motivate staff, drive sales through promotions, manage merchandising and stock, and create a welcoming environment for customers and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a drive to hit targets.
• Willingness to perform piercing services with training (optional).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Shift pattern:Full-time -flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends,will be discussed further at interview.
Salary:Up to£31,600per annum
