Job summary

Superdrug is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in the Kettering area. You will work alongside the Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and maintain excellent store standards.

The role requires retail leadership experience, a customer-focused approach and a target-driven mindset. The position involves a flexible full-time pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Piercing services may be offered with training.

• Experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.

• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, optional).

Location: Unit 3 Kettering Retail Park, Kettering, Northamptonshire NN15 6YA

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £36,000 Per Annum

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
