Job summary

Superdrug in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who can lead a team and grow the business. You will recruit, inspire, and motivate staff to exceed targets while maintaining exceptional customer service and store standards.

You’ll drive sales through promotions, merchandising, and stock control, create a positive, engaging environment for customers and colleagues, and ensure operational excellence with audits and budgets. Previous retail management experience is preferred.
