Job summary

Superdrug in Minehead is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager and lead a small team through busy periods. The role combines people leadership with sales, merchandising, and operational excellence, including audits and stock control.

You’ll need retail management experience, a passion for customer service, and a drive to hit targets. Full-time, 39 hours per week, with flexible shifts; salary up to £31,600 per year plus a bonus and staff discounts.
