Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Carlisle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to lead a team and drive performance. You will recruit, train and inspire staff to exceed sales targets, while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with merchandising standards.

The role offers full-time hours, a salary up to £38,000 per annum, and opportunities for development and training. Prior retail management experience is preferred; piercing services may be carried out with

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £38,000 Per Annum
