Superdrug Stores in Kettering is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager and lead a passionate team. You will recruit, motivate, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment.

Role includes merchandising, stock control, and operational excellence. A 39-hour week with full-time patterns and salary up to £36,000 per annum.

The Role

As an Assistant StoreManager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:
