Superdrug Stores in Stoke-on-Trent is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, leading a passionate team to exceed targets and deliver excellent customer service.

The role covers sales promotions, merchandising, stock control, and creating a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. 39 hours per week, full-time, with flexible shifts; salary up to £31,600 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
