Job summary

Superdrug, located in Camborne, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service. The role involves managing promotional activities, merchandising, stock control, and daily store operations.

You will recruit and motivate staff, foster a positive store culture, and ensure operational standards are met while supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction. Full-time hours accommodate mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers – with full training provided (Optional).

Hours per Week:

39 hours

Shift pattern:

Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary:

Up to £31,600 Per Annum
