Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Amersham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, recruiting and motivating the team to exceed targets. You will drive sales through promotions, merchandising, and stock control, while creating a fun environment for customers and colleagues.

The role requires previous retail management experience, a passion for service and sales, strong decision-making, and an results-driven mindset.

Location: 57-65 Sycamore Road, Amersham, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5EQ. Hours per Week: 39 hours. Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview. Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum.
