LOCATION: Reading (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

We are one of the world’s leading brands in the consumer networking and electronics markets. Due to growth, we require a Retail Account Manager to support the UK Retail Sales team based in Reading.

About you: We are looking for an experienced Retail Account Manager to manage key retail customers across the UK, including AO.com, QVC, Scan Computers, Fraser Group, and Harvey Norman.

You’ll manage these retail partners by proactively nurturing relationships and developing new business opportunities.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Achieving pre-set sales revenue targets by managing and developing existing accounts.
  2. Defining and managing the Retail channel efficiently by identifying potential business opportunities.
  3. Working closely with the marketing team to promote product features, performance, and relevant attributes.
  4. Promoting company products through trade shows, retail conferences, webcasts, and demo days to strengthen brand awareness in the UK.
  5. Enhancing company branding, product functionality awareness, and range positioning within customers.
  6. Developing a general understanding of the competitive marketplace within Networking and addressing cross-category comparisons between the company’s products and competitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Retail Account Manager

We seek a proactive, dynamic, and driven individual with a few years of retail or channel account management experience within the IT sector (IT Vendor, IT Distributor, IT Reseller).

You should be skilled at nurturing and growing existing customer bases and proactively working accounts to gain further business.

Knowledge of IT hardware, Networking, smart home devices, or Consumer electronics is preferred.
