Job summary

Dobbies in Dundee is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to help deliver exceptional customer experiences across our Restaurants. You will coach colleagues, assist customers, and support management to ensure smooth service and adherence to procedures.

You will thrive in a busy environment, lead by example, and promote our club benefits while delivering great meals and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in hospitality.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Food safety qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach team members; deputise for management when needed.
• Deliver great customer service across the restaurant; assist with transactions.
• Ensure station coverage and maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales by promoting Dobbies Club benefits.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with queries using product knowledge including allergies/dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
• Some keyholder responsibilities may be required.
