You will oversee busy services, maintain high standards, handle cashing up and ensure strict food safety, allergen, and licensing compliance while working closely with the kitchen to keep service flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience running busy restaurant services.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiar with opening/closing procedures and cashing up.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, allergens and licensing requirements.
• Experience handling guest complaints and upselling.
• Strong collaboration with kitchen for smooth service.
• Ideally experience in hotel restaurant or high-quality dining.

Responsibilities

• Run busy services and manage a section or whole restaurant.

• Work with kitchen to ensure smooth service flow and communication.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and cashing up.
