The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join The Pheasant team in Kelling, Holt. You will run busy service periods, supervise a section, and lead a friendly team to deliver consistently high standards and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven team leadership, food safety awareness, and a knack for upselling drinks, desserts, and dining experiences, with flexibility for weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Competenze

• Experience leading and motivating a team, including delegating jobs and maintaining standards.
• Experience with opening/closing procedures, cashing up, and basic administration.
• Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and licensing requirements.
