The Pheasant Hotel, Kelling, part of The Coaching Inn Group, is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead the team and oversee operations across the bar, restaurant and hotel. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service from the front.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior management role in a good quality hotel or F&B operation.
• Experience taking responsibility in the absence of the General Manager.

We are looking for a talentedDeputy General Managerto join our team at The Pheasant Hotel, Kelling , near Holt .

You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a senior management role in a good quality hotel or food and beverage operation where you have taken responsibility for the business in the absence of your General Manager . This beautiful manor house style hotel is looking for a guest focused manager who can lead the team from the front and has an eye for detail to manage operational standards in our busy bar and restaurant , as well as meet the needs of our hotel guests.
