• Running busy services and managing a section or whole restaurant.
• Experience leading and motivating a team, including delegating jobs and keeping standards high.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures, cashing up and basic administration.
• Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and licensing requirements.
• Experience dealing with guest complaints professionally and resolving issues.
• Understanding of upselling food, wine, drinks, sides and desserts.
• Experience working closely with the kitchen to maintain communication and service flow.
• Ideally, experience in a hotel restaurant or quality dining environment.

The role is flexible and we would consider part time or full time, and it's a mix of week days, weekend, and evenings.
