Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Restaurant Supervisor for The Pheasant, Kelling, Holt to lead busy restaurant services and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage a section or entire restaurant, lead a motivated team, and work with our kitchen to ensure smooth service and high standards. Experience in hotel dining is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing busy restaurant service environments.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to maintain high standards.
• Familiar with opening and closing procedures, cashing up and admin tasks.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, allergens and licensing requirements.
• Experience handling guest complaints professionally and resolving issues.
• Skills in upselling food, wine, and desserts to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication with kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
• Background in a hotel restaurant or quality dining environment preferred.

The role is flexible and we would consider part time or full time, and it's a mix of week days, weekend, and evenings.
