Job summary

Franco Manca, part of The Fulham Shore PLC, is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader in London to deliver exceptional guest service and lead a fast-paced team. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, coach staff, manage stock and rotas, and uphold health and safety standards to ensure smooth service.

We value passion for Italian food, strong leadership, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality or fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate the team.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a proactive hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to every guest.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations for smooth service.
• Motivate and coach the team to maintain high performance and standards.
• Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and keep accurate records.
• Help manage rotas and ensure adequate staffing for peak times.
• Resolve customer feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain health and safety standards and comply with food hygiene regulations.
