Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations in our Camden Town location. You will motivate your team to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for Italian food. You will work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, contributing to a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality or fast-paced restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and keep accurate records.
• Assist in rota planning to ensure adequate staffing for peak times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain health and safety standards and comply with food hygiene regulations.
• Demonstrate a passion for Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Show strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adopt a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
