Job summary

Franco Manca Muswell Hill is seeking a Supervisory/Team Leader to oversee daily service and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will support the Restaurant Manager, coach the team, monitor stock, and help manage rotas to cover peak times.

• Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality or fast-paced restaurant setting.

• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.
