Job summary

Franco Manca is looking for a Supervisor/Team Leader in the UK to deliver exceptional guest service and lead a busy hospitality team. You will support daily operations, coach staff, manage rotas, and ensure top-quality food and safety standards across shifts.

You should have proven leadership in hospitality, a passion for Italian food, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality.
