Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom. You will act as the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, steering the team and ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding the brand’s commitment to quality and hospitality.

You will coach and develop staff, drive exceptional guest experiences, manage shifts, and oversee stock and scheduling to keep the restaurant running like clockwork.

Qualifications

• Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants.
• Strong guest service focus and team leadership.
• Ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager and lead the team to run shifts smoothly.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure pizzas leaving the kitchen are up to standard.
• Inspire and coach staff to perform at their best in busy periods.
• Manage stock levels and staff schedules, supporting operational efficiency.
• Step in for the Manager when needed to maintain Franco Manca standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
