Franco Manca is seeking a supportive Supervisor/Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest service and lead a busy team in our restaurant across the UK.

You will assist in daily operations, coach staff to uphold our high standards, manage stock and rotas, and ensure a safe, welcoming dining experience for every guest. Experience in hospitality and a passion for Italian food are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality or fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Passion for great Italian food and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and multitasking.

• Motivate and coach the team to maintain high performance and quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in managing rotas and ensure adequate staffing for peak times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain health and safety standards and compliance with food hygiene regulations.

• £13.06 – 17.06 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
