Job summary

Franco Manca St Pauls is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to deliver exceptional service and support day-to-day operations. You will lead a busy restaurant team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction.

You will motivate staff, manage rosters, monitor stock, and uphold health and safety regulations, contributing to a welcoming, high-performance dining experience at Franco Manca.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality or fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Passion for Italian food and delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and multitasking.
