Job summary

Franco Manca in Bath is seeking a pro-active Supervisor/Team Leader to support the Restaurant Manager and lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You'll coach staff, ensure service and quality standards, manage rotas, stock, and health & safety, while delivering memorable Italian dining experiences. Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor or Team Leader in hospitality or fast-paced restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve high performance and maintain our quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all food hygiene regulations.
• You will have previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.
• Have a passion for great Italian food and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• £13.06 - 17.06 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
