Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring for a Supervisor/Team Leader role in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will lead guest service, support the Restaurant Manager, and coach the team to maintain quality standards.

You’ll monitor stock, assist with rotas, and handle customer feedback with a proactive approach. Applicants with supervisory experience in a restaurant, a passion for Italian food, and excellent leadership and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• £13.06 – 17.06 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £2 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
