Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our Franco Manca team in the UK. You will be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, helping to steer the team and maintain exceptional service as orders come through and customers enjoy our sourdough pizza.

You’ll lead, coach, and develop the team, ensuring a positive guest experience while managing shifts, stock levels and staff schedules. A dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth awaits.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent guest service.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
• Coach and develop staff for peak performance.
• Handle customer feedback and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Monitor stock, schedules, and budgets to keep operations balanced.
• Step in for Manager during absences to maintain Franco Manca standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
