Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House is a 4*, 165-bedroom property located in Sutton Scotney, just outside Winchester. The role involves supervising and leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, with a focus on upselling and promoting hotel offers.

The position requires prior supervisory experience in hospitality F&B, with knowledge of wines and spirits, strong motivation skills, and the ability to build and motivate a team to maintain high service standards.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
