Job summary

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, located just outside Warrington, is seeking a proactive hospitality supervisor to lead a 4* 146-bedroom property. You will motivate the team, ensure high standards of guest experience, and drive sales through upselling and informed promotions to guests in a busy hotel environment.

Join a property with leisure facilities, spa, and multiple dining venues, offering progression and training opportunities within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience . working together with your team you'll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4*, 146-bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, cardio & weights room, pool, sauna, steam room, 3 tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
