Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is a 4*, 154-bedroom property located in Thame, just outside Oxford. The hotel features the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge, plus options for afternoon tea, private dining, and event spaces.

Leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, tennis courts, and a rejuvenating Elemis spa. We are seeking a strong supervisor to lead the F&B team, drive revenue through upselling, and ensure all team members are trained to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
