Job summary

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Hexham is seeking a hands-on hospitality supervisor to lead a dynamic team and deliver an outstanding guest experience across the food and beverage operation.

You will motivate and train staff, upsell promotions to guests, and maintain high service standards. A good knowledge of wines and spirits, together with strong leadership, is essential.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Hexham. Our hotel is a 4*, 141-bedroom property set in 1000 acres with a 36-hole championship golf course which has hosted over 20 European and PGA tournaments. The dining options include Hadrian’s Brasserie restaurant, Tommy Craig’s bar, the Claret Jug restaurant and a Whisky snug, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
