Franco Manca in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensuring pizzas and dishes meet our standards and service runs smoothly.

You will manage food prep, stock control, hygiene and safety, while inspiring and developing staff. This is a hands-on role with a focus on quality, teamwork and guest experience, within a fast-paced Italian restaurant.

• Be hands-on - whether you're crafting pizzas, training your team, or finding ways to make the kitchen even better.

• Have excellent organizational skills, keeping everything running like clockwork even during the busiest shifts.

  £15.40 - 20.40 per hour OTE (including service charge and delivery bonus - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
