Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking candidates for its Shift Leader Development programme. You will orient, coach and develop a large team, monitor operations and ensure top performance in service, quality and profitability. The role involves variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, within a multi‑million pound restaurant environment.

You will start on £14.00 per hour, with progression to £15.00 after training. Night hours (12am–6am) add £2 per hour.
