Job summary

OrderYOYO A/S in Manchester is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, driving growth in online orders and value from the platform. This office-based role is full-time in Manchester City Centre, with a base salary up to £29,000 plus bonus.

You will identify opportunities, have commercial conversations and turn insights into action to grow partner performance and retention across a developing European market.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of key restaurant accounts.
• Identify opportunities to grow GMV and increase online orders.
• Use CRM data and performance insights to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Introduce relevant products, including marketing packages, ePOS and self-service kiosks.
• Have proactive conversations that lead to account growth and upsell opportunities.
• Protect customer retention by identifying risks and taking action early.
• Build trusted relationships through regular calls, reviews and follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to deliver the best possible partner experience.
