Job summary

OrderYOYO in Manchester is looking for an Account Manager to support Restaurant Partners. You will be the main contact for a portfolio of partners, driving growth of online orders via their apps and websites, and collaborating with product and sales teams for continual improvement.

You don’t need prior account management experience; energy and drive matter. Training will be provided, and the role is office-based in Manchester City Centre with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Energy, attitude and drive are valued over years on a CV.
• Training will be provided to help you succeed.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Strong relationship-building and phone confidence.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for a portfolio of top restaurant partners.
• Help partners grow their online orders through their own app and website.
• Run regular check-ins, gather feedback, and share it with product and commercial teams.
• Use CRM data to identify where a partner could improve and recommend next steps.
• Introduce partners to products that help growth and earn commission when they sign up.
• Spot early signs of dissatisfaction and intervene to retain partners.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales and Support teams for a joined-up experience.
