OrderYOYO is seeking an Account Manager in Manchester City Centre to look after a group of restaurant partners and help them maximise online orders. You will build lasting relationships and learn how to use data to identify growth opportunities.

This full-time, office-based role offers up to £29,000 base salary plus bonus. Training and development are provided to help you progress within the company and take on more responsibility as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with restaurant owners and become a trusted point of contact.
• Speak to customers regularly to understand their needs and goals.
• Help restaurants improve online orders and business performance.
• Learn to use CRM tools and account data to spot opportunities.
• Recommend relevant products and services to help partners grow.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts.
• Follow up on customer needs and resolve issues with the right teams.
• Keep accounts organised and ensure commitments are delivered.
