Soho House is seeking a Head Waiter to lead floor service, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will guide the team, greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver timely service.

With 2–3 years in a similar luxury setting, you will showcase wine knowledge, strong leadership, and superb organization. This role offers growth, weekly pay, staff meals, and membership benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment, with supervisory or senior waiter experience.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet members and guests, introduce menus and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, correct order delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.
• Maintain exceptional table service and proactively top up beverages.
• Keep the dining environment pristine and reset tables as needed.
• Handle member requests with discretion to create memorable experiences.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
