Soho House & Co. is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee the food and beverage operation, lead a floor team, and uphold Soho House service standards.

You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure error-free service across shifts in a fast-paced environment. With a focus on guest experience, you will train staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with departments to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive service standards by refining systems that enhance member, guest and staff experiences.
• Lead engaging training sessions on Soho House food & drink programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by helping identify talent needs and participating in interviews.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members.
• Gather and act on member feedback with the Membership team to improve offerings.
• Train staff on Soho House values and service standards.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Create efficient staff rotas and manage labour costs.
