Soho House is seeking a Head Waiter to lead floor service, mentoring the waitstaff and ensuring exceptional experiences for members and guests. You will coordinate with the kitchen and bar, deliver expert wine guidance, and maintain impeccable service standards across the dining room.

In this role, you will greet and seat guests, take orders with accuracy, handle dietary requests, and drive dynamic, personalised service. The position emphasizes discretion, professionalism, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a high-end dining environment with supervisory or senior waiter experience.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverages, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanor; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage guests from seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct order delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations including wine pairings.
• Maintain pristine service with proactive water, wine, and beverage refills.
• Lead and supervise daily service on the restaurant floor, guiding the team.
