Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the full operation of the Club’s dining spaces, ensuring seamless, exceptional service for members and guests. You will lead by example on the floor, coach the team, and work with Head Chef, Events, and Membership to deliver memorable dining experiences in a refined, fast-paced environment.

You will drive standards, manage day-to-day restaurant operations, plan staff rosters, control labor costs, uphold Soho House values, and nurture guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in similar capacity.
• Strong hospitality and service focus.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
